The Urban Yoga Spa is amazing, I have been practicing there since February, if you are interested in starting yoga this is a great place to check out. It has become my sanctuary. I would love to see you there! Have a glass of bubbly and enjoy the yoga studio, new performance gear, artwork, pacific northwest ballet dancers and more.
